On 24th December 2007, CFI conducted a state level Consumer and Human Right work shop at "Ambily Bhavan" Vadakkanchery and demanded to make the activities of the Consumer forum transparent by avoiding delay in settling the disputes and complicated procedures.
The seminar protested against the price raise of the essential commodities and electricity charges and observed it as a "Black Day"
